Join the MBAL
Membership is open to those engaged in mortgage lending and have an office in Kentucky or the following counties in Southern Indiana: Clark, Floyd, Harrison or Jefferson. The organization offers both individual and company memberships.
- Corporate Member $425 annually (plus a one-time $50 initiation fee)
- Individual Member $225 annually (plus a one-time $50 initiation fee
- Associate Member $425 annually (plus a one-time $50 initiation fee)
- Individual Associate Member $125 annually with no voting rights (plus a one-time $50 initiation fee)
Dues are billed annually at the beginning of the year. New members dues, other than Individual Associate, are pro-rated depending on the month of initiation and must be handled through the mail for the first pro-rated year.
